MPA emerged with a singular goal: to create exceptional homes where design and construction seamlessly intertwine. By uniting architecture and construction, Michael revolutionized the design-build experience by building over 45 custom homes as Builder/Architect and thereby gaining invaluable buidling knowlage as an Architect. Michael Perez is the founder and principal Architect of Michael Perez Architects and Legacy Design and Construction. With more than 35+ years of experience designing and building residential and commercial projects, he brings a rare depth of insight to every commission. His background delivering semi-custom and custom homes through both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build methods gives his clients a distinct advantage—combining creative vision with practical construction expertise.
Michael’s collaborative, highly personalized approach is valued not only by homeowners but also by custom builders and their clients who seek his design leadership. His work has earned both state and national recognition, including honors from the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver and the National Association of Home Builders, such as Best Custom Home MAME Award, Best in American Living Awards, and CARE Awards.
