Custom Home Design
Designing and building a new home is a multifaceted journey and can be intimidating when facing unknowns. With over two decades of architecture and building experience we will guide you along the entire process, helping you make the best choices that will save your time, money and heartache while demystifying the process. We have mapped out the entire Design Process, giving our clients a full understanding and mastery of the steps along the way.
We begin with a discovery session that brings out the over all goals of your custom home or project. Then we develop your dreams into tangible concepts and building designs with your budget in mind. Once the building design solidifies, construction documents (Bid and Permit plans) are developed and engineered to make your dreams a reality. Michael Perez, Principal Architect
Michael Perez is the founder and Principal Architect of Michael Perez Architect LLC. He has over twenty-five years of experience in designing residential and commercial projects. Michael’s process of contracting semi-custom and custom homes through Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build project delivery methods provides his customers with a unique perspective and a highly personalized experience, a trait that is also valued by other custom home builders and their clients that contract with him. He has achieved both national and state design awards through the Denver HBA and National Association of Home Builders, including Best Custom Home MAME Award, Best In American Living Awards and CARE Award. Michael enjoys listening to his client’s needs and is committed to design excellence by creating amazing projects that are rendered with new and exciting architectural styles.
