Michael Perez is the founder and Principal Architect of Michael Perez Architect LLC. He has over thirty years of experience in designing residential and commercial projects.  Michael’s process of contracting semi-custom and custom homes through Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build project delivery methods provides his customers with a unique perspective and a highly personalized experience, a trait that is also valued by other custom home builders and their clients that contract with him.  He has achieved both national and state design awards through the Denver HBA and NAHB, including Best Custom Home MAME Award, Best In American Living Awards (BALA) and Colorado Custom and Remodeling Excellence (CARE) Award. Michael enjoys listening to his client’s needs and is committed to design excellence by creating amazing projects that are rendered with new and exciting architectural styles.
